Our "SHOP" section is our online store and includes the only pieces offered for retail shopping at any given time. Of course, you can always contact our customer service team with your request even if the item you wish is not available for online shopping.

COMPLETING AN ORDER

The online shopping experience at oliviafoka.com is smooth, fast and easy.

1. Use the "SHOP" link in our menu to find the item(s) you wish to purchase, then select your size and click on the "ADD TO SHOPPING BAG" button.

2. Review the item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking the basket icon at the top right corner of the page. You can remove an item by clicking the remove icon.

3. Click on "CHECKOUT" and follow the steps to complete your order.

In order to provide you with an even faster shopping experience we only use guest checkouts. Immediately after you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation email including your order ID and your order details. Our team will prepare your item(s) as soon as possible. Please be kindly reminded that if you pay via a bank transfer/deposit, the preparation of your order will start immediately after we receive the payment in our bank account. In any case, you will receive a new confirmation email once your order is shipped including the order's tracking number and link.
